At Malane Decor, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer available.

2. Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Note: Custom or made-to-order items, and bulk purchases (three or more of the same item), are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and providing the tracking number once shipped.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To switch products, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
