1. General Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
2. Eligible Returns & Exchanges
We will fully cover return shipping or offer a free replacement if:

The product arrives damaged or defective due to transit.

The item contains a verified manufacturing defect.

The shipment is lost or undelivered within 90 days of the order date.
All claims must include photo or video evidence so our quality team can verify and approve your replacement or refund.
3. Returns Due to Customer Preference
If you would like to return an item due to personal preference—such as color tone, brightness, size, or style—returns are accepted within 30 days.
However, customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs for these types of returns.
4. Product Representation & Design Variations
Many of our lighting and décor items are handcrafted or custom-finished, meaning slight variations in color, texture, or materials are natural and intentional.
These unique characteristics do not qualify as defects or “not as described.”
While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and high-resolution images, variations may occur due to:

5. Non-Returnable Items
For quality and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Made-to-order items already in production

6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once an item has entered production or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to cancel.
